Director of the China Study Centre at ISSI visits CCLS
18th Feb This week, CCLS had the privilege of hosting Dr. Talat Shabbir, the Director of the China Study Centre at ISSI, along with his team at our centre in LUMS. During the meeting, both teams exchanged insightful contributions regarding the performance of CPEC and the implications of China's investments for Pakistan's economy. Potential partnership opportunities between the two institutions were also explored, pertaining to the legal aspects of CPEC, along with organizing advocacy sessions addressing topics related to the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and CPEC.
